‘Submarine’ has its endearing moments.

Kudos to first-time film director Richard Ayoade (‘The IT Crowd’) for doing it, but I felt old watching this. Kids and their tales of high school-puppy-love woe — I’m over it.

I do like Oliver Tate’s mood board/clutter/collage wall in his room.
